To ensure continued quality teaching in 2007 Legae maintains a student to teaching staff ratio of 15 to 1.

The current head of this multinational scholastic team is the Principal, Mr. Easo Oommen, who has over two decades of teaching in Botswana, India and Nigeria He had previously served for twelve years as the Vice-Principal and four years as the Principal in Botswana and other countries.

The Vice-Principal, Mr. John Hutcheson, has over two decades of teaching experience in Botswana and the United Kingdom, which includes seven years as a Headteacher of Gobjango and Sekgele Community Junior Secondary Schools in Botswana. He has also served as the Director of Education for the Mokolodi Nature Reserve.

The Deputy Vice Principal, Mrs.Murtagh, has over thirteen years of teaching experience in Botswana, the United Kingdom and Kuwait.
The fourth member of the Academic Administration, upper school coordinator Mr. Ted Hutton, previous experience includes teaching experience in the United Kingdom and a decade of service as the head of Legae English Medium Primary School.
