Adding borders to a table


Tables created with Internet Assistant do not have visible borders when viewed in a browser by default. However, it is often useful to be able to add a visible border; for example when displaying a table of figures or information. This feature is easy to produce using the Borders… command on the Table menu. This will open a simple dialog box like the example below in which you can specify a border size and colour.

It is possible to use borders to emphasise areas of a table. Look at the use of colour and line thickness in the example below and see how it would display in a browser.
